Meals: Non cheese dairy, friuts and veggies, grains that are healthy and also a good source of protein will work. Some fish (look online for low mercury fish). You can certainly do a whey protein shake or carnation instant breakfast in the morning. Soy based items like tofu based products, yogurt (greek for protein) also will work.
