Go for it: A sleep mask will not disturb the healing of the cornea. Your eyes will be closed under it and the cornea will fix itself with no issues. ...Read more

No: Lattice degeneration is an atrophic area in the peripheral retina. Prescription, computer use and phone use will not affect it. The only suggestion is to have routine examinations by an ophthalmologist who can monitor the areas for tearing of the retina around the edges of the lesions which would require treatment.
