May be due to stress: Too many different systems involed. Are you under stress? Do you exercise and perhaps strained you neck. Tension can cause headaches and stress can induce pain anywhere. Since you make no mention of joint pain, i assume the pain is more musculoskeletal. You make no mention of diarrhea or constipation as well. I would suggest anti anxiety medication and or a muscule relaxer such as skelaxin (metaxalone). ...Read more

Be seen: If you have been having pain for 7 weeks and have tried OTC remedies, I think you should be seen ASAP. You could have a severe gastritis, (inflammation of the stomach lining), or an ulcer. Make sure you are: not pregnant as abdominal kicks are unusual and unknown. Black stools aren't normal too unless you are taking iron orally. So you must be seen by a doctor and worked up to see what's causing the underlying pain, growling, abdominal kicks and nausea, and be treated immediately. No way to...: There is no way to tell until you get the appropriate tests for your symptoms. First of all if you suspect you might be pregnant get a pregnancy test. Ovarian cancer is far less common than pregnancy so it is not one of the first things to consider unless you have had a diagnosis of this sort in the past. Some possibilities..: If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health, plus is not pregnant, the possibilities include: appendicitis (usually R lower quadrant), diverticulitis, kidney stone (very painful), constipation (crampy), stomach flu, etc... Most people with "moderate pain", more than mild pain, may need a doctor's evaluation to be sure it is not appendicitis, which would need surgery. ...Read more
