Erythema nodosum: This sounds like it may be erythema nodosum and can be representative of numerous systemic diseases. With the oral lesions you are describing along with the visual difficulties i would be concerned about behcet's disease. Tough one: There is some post laser discomfort but it should not last for weeks on end. Did you have initial complications like burns or blisters? I worry about a nerve injury developing a complex pain syndrome in the shins. I would see a neurologist if this is going on for over 2 weeks possible a pain management specialist. Burning fingers?: How did this happen? Were you cooking with habanero peppers without gloving your hands. I love them too but the capsaicin in them is really intense. Burning is neurological.
