Go see your DR: Common causes of headache are migraine/ spasm of blood vessels in the scalp and tension/muscular strain. Sinus headache has associated colds/congestion and pain on pressing the forehead and cheeks. Fatigue could be from many causes including lingering infection, lack of sleep, stress, thyroid condition etc. Have yourself examined by your dr. God bless you!

Got to ER or Urgent: Care and get an x-ray done asap. Head trauma can lead to all sorts of problems that can cause issues later on that you may not be aware of. You could easily have a fracture or other trauma and should be seen by a doctor for evaluation. Often symptoms may not appear for another 24-72 hours that are important to evaluate at the onset. So don't delay. Also, have your neck and back evaluated too.

May take time: It may take some time for the sinusitis to clear. Thus you may have the pain for awhile. Sometimes, if the antibiotics are not sufficient, it may be necessary to see an ENT specialist who may be able to drain out some of the mucus via endoscopy.
