Tunnell syndrome: Sounds like a nerve entrapment syndrome such as carpal tunnel. Typically the pain will involve some of the fingers and wrist, and radiate upward toward the elbow. You may want to try using a wrist splint at night to see if this helps. You can find a wrist splint at any store that also has a pharmacy. ...Read more

Nerve irritation?: Sounds like a nerve could be irritated. My main concern is if this could be an early sign of shingles. Sometimes there will be pain before the clustered blisters show up. Shingles affect a cutaneous nerve on one side of body, so pain and blisters usually extend from spine to midline on front of body. Any nerve, from head-to-toe col be affected. Headache: Hard to say. Clearly your doctor has evaluated you and was perhaps concerned about a cervical disc problem, thus the ct scan. Burning in arm can be a peripheral nerve problem. Headache perhaps tension? Sinus related? Blood work done perhaps to include a lyme test. ...Read more
