Weight Mgmt critical: Our feet are made up of 26 bones and lots of ligaments and very small muscles & tendons that attach them to the bones.That means that being overweight places extreme pressure on our feet.When combined w/standing all day probably for work I assume,our feet can be crushed.I would work w/your MD & nutritionist to explore options now that new meds are out which might jumpstart or augment diet changes ...Read more

Neuropathic pain: Sounds very much like sympathetic pain (or at least a sympathetic component of a mixed pain) look for an underlying disease (diabetes?), or a history of trauma. If x-rays (or mri?) are normal, and there is no bony pathology, i would look for a soft tissue pathology (sonogram) sleep deprivation is a common trigger of sympathetic / neuropathic pain. ...Read more
