Not dangerous: First, rest assured, the injection site reaction is not dangerous. There are several options: 1) try the prefilled syringe instead of injector. We see less redness and pain with this form. 2) ice the area immediately after the shot. This will decrease the reaction. 3) switch to alternate medication such as Humira (adalimumab).
