Dr. James B. Ball answered:

Is i-131 mibg approved by fda for neuroblastoma?

No.

Neuroblastoma
It seems to have proven efficacy. FDA approval is difficult to obtain, and is not necessary for access to this treatment. There will likely be more progress toward FDA approval when there is more consistency in the timing, dosing and other treatments. But this treatment is readily available in several large pediatric centers, regardless of the lack of FDA approval.

Why is ivabradine not fda approved?

Ivabradine

From what I can find, the cost to the company making it in France to get it approved in the US would not be worth the investment for them so what I've read doubts it will be presented with appropriate data to the FDA to consider

What are the opinions or thoughts on burzynskis treatment vs. fda approved treatments?

Quackery

FDA treatments are at least monitored for efficacy. Burzynski is a classic quack and his methods and treatments are designed to channel him money but are otherwise ineffective and some even feel harmful. Trying his stuff will delay your getting more proven therapy.
