Is there any drink that is best for rehydration?

Is there any drink that is best for rehydration?

Water: Typically water is your best bet. Drinks that provide a balance of some of the chemicals that you can lose through sweating or urination (such as some sport drinks) may do a better job of replacing not only the water but also lost minerals. Just avoid drinks containing too much sugar or salt as this can worsen the dehydration.

Any child with diarrhea loses salt as well as water, resulting in shrinkage of circulating blood volume, namely dehydration.
