Start slow, increase: Start with sips of fluids (no caffeine; flat 7 up ok) to prevent irritated stomach from stretching (=vomit). Gradually increase amt. For solid foods, try brat diet: banana, rice (cooked, no milk), applesauce, toast (plain, unbuttered). Pepto-bismol may also help settle stomach. Fever: I would recommend like a nighttime medication for a cold. This will include some Benadryl to help you sleep and Tylenol (acetaminophen) to stay on top of the fever. Night time medications like a Nyquil usually work wonders to help you finally get some rest. Get some rest, hope you feel better. ...Read more
