Possibly see ortho: Difficult problem. Especially if your symptoms correlate with your MRI findings. If your pain is behind the knee cap then there is good correlation. Initially nonoperative intervention such as therapy, use of anti inflammatories and patellar brace may be helpful. The possibility of arthroscopic evaluation if all fails may be necessary but still a difficult problem to fix. Supplements controversial. ...Read more
