I have feet with Hallux rigidus. My doctor will only operate me if I wear specially cut or large shoes. Is this ok and am I allowed to practice yoga?

Growth very unlikely: A 20 yr old is not growing taller if her growth plates have fused. If not fused, she will grow a tiny bit (pediatrician's growth chart for her can tell if growth has stopped). Wear socks or shoes: No reason to drop yoga! get your wart treated by podiatry to avoid further spread not to yoga-mates but to other parts of you and your foot.
