Reduced reflexes is a symptom in which some or all of a person's muscle reflexes (such as the knee-jerk reflex) are slower than normal. This can be due to medications, chemical imbalances, spinal cord or nerve injuries, muscle disorders, etc.

Buffered Vit C: Vitamin c is Ascorbic Acid and like any acid could irritate your GI tract.
