Its been about a month since i sprained my ankle. When might i be able to play soccer and regain full mobility?
Progressive return: Once your pain & swelling is under control, you regain full range of motion & strength... If pain persists see md & have an x-ray. ...Read more

You may have a soft tissue injury if it is just a sprain and may have damaged the muscle, tendon, or ligaments in the area. Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
