The most common possibility is idiopathic edema, which occurs when excess fluid builds up in the body, with no specific trigger or cause. Idiopathic edema is generally more common in women than in men, and is often accompanied by unexplained sodium retention.

I have red blotches on palms of my hands the feeling of my hands are really weird texture only started yesterday but hasn't went away.
Palmar erythema: You picked a really complex symptom. Sometimes it also affects the soles (plantar erythema). Sometimes no one can figure out what caused it, after excluding a host of disorders like lupus or cirrhosis, or a drug side-effect (toperamate), or post viral infection, including Rubeola (German Measles). If it doesn't go away in a few days, a trip to your PCP is needed. Skin peeling may occur later.See 1 more doctor answer
What could this not itchy or dry red mark be on palm right hand from pinkie to wrist, not going away looks like been nearly burnt in hot water?

Took ibuprofen now my temp is norma for 3 days now, but now facial rash&scalp also, red itchy spots on palms of hands & soles of feet. What do I do?
Allergic reaction: If the rash appeared after taking Ibuprofen and not before, then it can be an allergic reaction to it. Some people develop hives from such medications called nsaids. You may need to take an antihistamine to help you with the rash but I would avoid all nsaids, until you are evaluated by a doctor. If you need to take something for a fever, from now on take Acetaminophen instead.See 1 more doctor answer
