Fish oil will have some effect on triglycerides and any fiber will block some cholesterol from being absorbed in the gut.
But you should not rely on any of these things to improve your cholesterol in any significant way.

Please clarify: I am not aware that the use of clopidogrel prohibits the consumption of green vegetables. That sounds completely wrong. I think you're confusing clopidogrel with warfarin.
