Probably hemorrhoid: Most likely cause of bright red blood with BM is hemorrhoid. No relation: Rectal bleeding has no relation to regular vaginal sexual intercourse.
Now anal sex is different, of course people can noticed blood in their stool after anal sex.
No relation to period either.
Most likely you have anal fissure, or a hemorrhoid.
