See your doctor: Without knowing your medical history and medication use, hard to tell for sure what this is. Best to see your doctor and test whether the white coating on your tongue is thrush, a type of fungal infection. May need treatment for this. Mucositis?: These don't sound like symptoms of sinusitis, and I think you are on the right track.
