STD vs normal: Could be papilloma virus or herpes. No sexual activity as long as there is pain. Other infections can cause these symptoms. This could be trichomoniasis. Could be penile papules. It depends to your: history. It could be a lot of things and difficult to tell . Having said that since itch involved , i would think a some sort of yeast infection.
