I have these small red lumps/spots around my penile head and underneath my foreskin its neither itchy or irritable? 99% sure its not a std.

Possibilities: There is a possibility that it can be a sexualy transmitted disease but another possibility is pearly papules (photos can be seen using search engine - i.e. google images). Benign papules : Pearly penile papules are like a minature "string of pearls" around head of penis. More common or prominent in uncircumcised men. They are perfectly normal. Sometimes called "tyson's" glands, but aren't glands. May contribute to smegma formation. Have it seen by a dr. If not as described above or if there is any concern. ...Read more

STD vs normal: Could be papilloma virus or herpes. No sexual activity as long as there is pain. Other infections can cause these symptoms. This could be trichomoniasis. Could be penile papules. Most importantly defer sexual activity as long as symptoms continue. Could be hair follicles if at base of penis. Could be yeast infection so have your blood sugar checked. Possibly STD. May need Rx.
