Red Spots On My Right Shoulder Symptoms
I have nerve damage on my back right shoulder blade and very painful, but he does not know why I am extremely itchy and have a few red spots their?
? shingles?: Very regional neuropathy, especially following a dermatome, may occur following herpes infection. This may cause very regional red spots or even blisters as well as dysesthesia with burning, itching, and intense pain. These may flare up now and then, but leave you with persistent discomfort. It is somewhat more common in the elderly, especially those with a history of bad chickenpox as a child. Read more

Mam has an itchy back. There are tiny red spots on her shoulder blades and the bottom of her back. She is 86. Could it be serious.
Honestly without: Seeing your mom I can't be sure. If you are worried and these spots are relatively new, see a dermatolgoist. If they are cherry angiomas which are tiny pink papules (bright red pinpoint dots) those are benign, but I would see a doctor to be sure. Hope that helps Read more
I've just noticed some red marks on my right shoulder. Like spots going from the top of my shoulder to under my arm. What could it be, shingles?
To tingle or not: If your rash tingles, it may be shingles. More likely shingles if there are blisters. Shingles can happen anywhere along the skin. Can always look up dermatomes and see if your rash is spreading in a dermatomal distribution. If it involved more than one dermatome, get tested. Read more
Has flakey red spots on the face and a lump on his neck between his ear and shoulder. Also was eating dirt a few days ago. Could he have a parasite?
Hard to say: The face rash is hard to say anything about without seeing it, but the lumps on the neck are probably glands. I would see your physician so he can diagnose and probably easily treat the face rash. I think the bumps on the neck are because of the rash but it needs to be seen. Read more

HEMANGIOMA: You didn't mention the width. If superficial, bright red with sharp margins, compressible, most probably hemangiona, a capillary defect common one is 'strawberry hemangioma'. Seen at birth, more commonly by 2 months age, benign mostly. By 2 yrs age, 60% resolves. Read more
I suddenly noticed some red spots on my soft palate. However, I have no symptoms Should I be worried about this?
Depends: Unlike solid tumor, there is differet stage, leukemia is usually disseminated disease at diagnosis. For someone without history of leukemia, rash usually is not caused by leukemia (although occasionally leukemia can present this way). For someone with confirmed diagnosis of leukemia, rash could be symptoms of leukemia, or infection, or medication reaction. Check with your oncologist. Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
HIV: The symptoms of acute HIV infection may include these, but they are so non-specific that to attribute them to HIV without definitive testing would not be appropriate. If you are concerned that you may have been exposed to HIV please go and be tested. Knowing what you have early on is very important. Read more

Is CMIA AG/AB at 9.5 months of exposure and 9 months ELISA hiv1/2 all negative. Is it enough although my symptoms? Red spots, headache white tongue
See your doctor: I read your question, and then your procedures and the times do not agree. The difference between 9 months and 77 days is huge. A negatve HIV test at 6 months would be definative. A true exposure to HIV would prompt prophylactic treatment of HIV and your doctor can help you decide about that Read more
I have 5 red spots on the roof of my mouth. No other symptoms. What could be causing them, and should I see a doctor or wait and see if they go away?
Irritation: Since you have no pain they are not likely cause by the virus that causes cold sores. If adjacent to a tooth it could be your tooth brush is not drying out completely between uses. Alternate TB if this is the case. Foods can irritate minor salivary glands or smoking. All of the above should clear up in 2 wks or less. If not, you need to see a health professional.
