See your doctor: I read your question, and then your procedures and the times do not agree. The difference between 9 months and 77 days is huge. A negatve HIV test at 6 months would be definative. For someone without history of leukemia, rash usually is not caused by leukemia (although occasionally leukemia can present this way).
