Urticaria: There's a lot of different formulations of protein powder out there. You should look at the ingredients and try to use the one with least preservatives. Hives on just wrists, elbows hands and knees sounds a bit odd..but anything can happen with the human body. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) will only mask symptoms and make you drowsy.
