Hives: This could honestly be a ton of things ... But the most likely explanation is hives/urticaria. Try identifying what has changed since it started (new soap, laundry, food, etc), eliminating the "trigger" helps. Also, consider trying an antihistamine (ie, Benedryl / Zyrtec). Hives: These itchy bumps may be hives due to allergy to agents taken internally(foods, medications, etc) or by exposure to external things(cold, exercise, etc) insect bites may also be a cause. Keep a diary of what you ate or what you were doing when the itchy bumps appeared. For relief Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is helpful but may cause drowsiness. Redness and scaly skin on scrotum led to skin flaking off like large dandruff. Scrotum now raw and red but not itchy. Concerned!
