Irritated my face w wipes and cleanser. Now I have itchy bumps all around eyes and face. Skin coloured little itchy bumps. History of eczema.
Contact dermatitis: likely from the cleanser and/or facial wipes. You will need to get a doctor to prescribe you some steroid cream to help treat the hypersensitivity reaction. Or a steroid pill or injection if it gets worse on the face especially around the eyes. Try not to use that cleanser or wipe again. And if you have history of eczema, you will need to be very careful of trying anything new in the future. ...Read more
Hard to tell: It would be very difficult to tell for sure what those spots are without seeing them, particularly in person. It could possibly be eczema, an allergic reaction to a soap, detergent, perfume, or jewelry, or even a fungal infection. Red oozing bumps: You may have hand dermatitis which is a form of excema. It is made worse by washing your hands alot. You need to see a dermatologist to see if I am right and to have it treated with prescriptions creams. I cannot speculate on your other spots, unless you shower alot with a harsh soaop and do not use a moisturizer. You could also have folliculitis if some of the bumps look like pimples. ...Read more

More details: Since only the left cheek is affected (or is the whole face involved?), I suspect that this may be from a sensitivity to sunlight. Have you recently introduced a new facial cosmetic which may lead to a photosensitive skin reaction after sun exposure? If both cheeks are involved, one needs to consider rosacea.
