Red spot on right breast has like a tiny bit of what looks like peeled skin,no lump, no pain, been there for now two days, freaking out, I'm 20 and have a toddler,fearing bad news :(?

Small lump: As described, it sounds like you had a localized abscess or type of localized infection (with the redness, palpable lump, and warmth). Unusual skin lesion: Definitely needs to be looked at by a physician and perhaps biopsied even. There are many types of skin lesions that could look like that, but the hole and bleeding concerns me. Please make the appointment and do not delay. Hopefully, it is some kind of a sebaceous cyst and not something worse. Difficult to tell without seeing it.
