Red Spot In Middle Of Chest
I have 3/4 tiny red spot below my chest. ...Is it normal? Some time I could see it on other parts.
Possible infection: Could be most anything. Without a photo or clinical evaluation, it is impossible to tell you more.
I have red blotches on my chest between my rear that seem to be growing larger and multiplying over time. It started with a small red spot about the s?
Not sure about: The location or nature of your rash based on your description. These rashes are very difficult to diagnose or even guess at without some type of visual aid. I would see if it starts hurting, itching or getting better first then see a healthcare provider to help you. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.
5 month old baby has a circular red spot about the size of a pea on his chest for about 4 days. Not getting larger or fading. Should it be reviewed?
Red mark: Is it flat or raised, does it fade with pressure? It could be a hemangioma flat or strawberry, they are benign vacular skin conditions, flat hemangiona fade away with time, strawberry hemangioma tend to get bigger then they start to shrink. It is best if you show it to your pediatrician during the next well visit. It can also be an insect bite, or pressure mark from a button or a snap. Good luck
I am breaking out with red spot on my upper chest. I have a history of PLME and have taken hydroxy zine and a topical of tryaminaline. No resolution?
See dermatology: PMLE, polymorphous light eruption, can respond to UV therapy. See your dermatologist for treatment.
Be conservative: It might be as simple as a pimple. Put a bandaid over it to protect it from your fingers. See what happens. Sometimes, in diabetics, small infections can become large ones and need antibiotics or drainage. At this moment, with your description, let's waitSee 1 more doctor answer
Have a tiny red spot on skin under right chest (upper rib). Not raised or itchy. Looks like cut but isn't.I have 2 others on left pectoral (also tiny)?
Not to worry: This sounds like what are called cherry hemangiomas. These are little gifts that you get from one or both of your parents. They are simply made up of hundreds of small blood vessels. These growths never turn bad. You will continue to get more as you get older. They are very easily treated with a laser without leaving any marks.See 1 more doctor answer
Had hives recently, and meds helped, but have an itchy red spot on chest, that doesn't improve w/steroids. Dr. Checked for mold, but nothhing. Help!
Hives: It sounds as if you are having a dermatologic condition called urticaria. Urticaria is the medical terminology for hives. It is the bodies response to a certain stimulus, such as an allergy. The body will release histamine in response to a stimulus and histamine causes redness, swelling and itching. Other triggers of urticaria can be cold/heat, stress, medicines, or with you, pressure on skin!
I have red spot with pus on my arms and chest that leave scars. Gets irritated in heat and itchs. Also when flaring begins. What is this?
Folliculitis: You could have infection of your hair follicleson your arms and chest. You might apply an antibiotic ointment to it such as neosporin.
I have an oblong red spot on my upper chest and on shoulder. Both red, slightly raised no itch. Hydrocortisone cream not helping. 1/4inch. Dr needed?
Needs to be checked: Yes it needs to be checked as we can not say what it can be without getting detailed history and physical exam with naked eye.It can be caused by many conditions like allergy, insect bites, fungal infection or another infection etc. So get it checked if you have cocern about it.
2 weeks ago I noticed a red spot with a lump on my left breast. Feels warm Since then the redness has went away but the small lump hasnt.
Small lump: As described, it sounds like you had a localized abscess or type of localized infection (with the redness, palpable lump, and warmth). Since the lump is still there, you need to have it evaluated to be safe to assure it does not need antibiotics or to assure it is not something more serious. Best wishes.
Lesion on breast: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination & other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes. Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed (if indicated).
It is likely from: Suction on your skin. It could resolve after suction is removed or it may develop into a bruise.
NO!!!!: Inflammatory breast cancer is a very rapidly enlarging redness of the breast in one spot, rapidly spreading across the whole breast, and sometime parts of chest or back. Unlike an abscess, which is a local pocket of pus, is usually not painful. Other causes are a benign skin growth, or pimple. See a good breast surgeon right away! Good luck!

I've had a brown/red spot under my breast for awhile and now it has a hole on the side that you can see into and bleeds. Wondering what this could be.
Unusual skin lesion: Definitely needs to be looked at by a physician and perhaps biopsied even. There are many types of skin lesions that could look like that, but the hole and bleeding concerns me. Please make the appointment and do not delay. Hopefully, it is some kind of a sebaceous cyst and not something worse. Difficult to tell without seeing it. An uploaded picture in a private consult would be instructive, too.
Spot on Breast: The only way to tell is to see it and possibly biopsy it. Please see a doctor for evaluation.
I have a small (almost the size of a pea) red spot on the underside of my breast. I only now noticed it. Could it possibly be something serious?
Red skin spot: It's not possible to tell without seeing it. But the most common cause of red spots in that location are cherry angiomas. These are non-worrisome. Do an image search for cherry angiomas and compare what yours looks like. There can be a lot of variations on how they look.
