Rash: Is the area itchy? could be allergic reaction. Have you changed any lotions or applied anything to the area? Can apply over the counter steroid cream and take Benadryl (diphenhydramine). Have you had a fever? If you are having burning and blistering you may have shingles. F/U with your doctor to determine the cause if it's not getting better with allergy meds.
