Hi there. I have small skin irritations that are spreading over my body. They are little red sores with white flakey-dry skin.

Can you have : someone check you for lice? That would be my first concern. After that, you have to think dermatitis of some kind (Huge work up will require doctor visit). The nits are easier to spot than the bugs especially in dark hair and they are usually close to the scalp. I have thrush.I've had it for about a week im taking nystalin for it but it doesn't seem to be working and it's painful I have red sores is this normal?
Not normal: Thrush is a fungal infection usually cause by candidiasis fungus. It can be painful or sore. Often there are white plaques with redness around them.
