Red Sore On Knuckles
My pinky knuckle bump is red, about the size of a BB and has a white, dry "cap" on top. It floats within the skin and is sore when bumped.
I've been picking and pushing together my ring fingers knuckle and now there's a red spot as if sore. Is there anything I should be worried about?

I have a swollen, stiff and sore knuckle. It is stiff to bend and sore. I did not do anything to injure it. Could this be from bowling?
It's possible!: Depending on which knuckle is involved - if the knuckle that hurts is one that was supporting the wt of the ball the joint could be strained when the fingers leave the holes of the ball.
