Prob not the best: A 42 yo female with watery eyes, itchy throat, throat drainage and runny stuffy nose. Sounds like rhinitis caused by allergies. First, avoidance of allergens is important, see an allergist to determine what you are allergic to. Best medicines are nasal steroid sprays (like Flonase or Nasacort OTC) and longer acting oral antihistamines (zyrtec, allegra).
