I had a ringworm on my groin. The itchiness is gone and the red ring too but it leaves white skin. I think it is peeling off. Is the ringworm gone?
The white skin will gradually darken with light exposure! It's basically "new" skin thus it's pallor!!

Yeast perhaps?: The diaper area, being generally warm and sometimes moist, is an area that can develop yeast infections of the skin, even in boys. Ringworm, caused by a different fungus, could also affect this area. Unfortunately, these aren't the only 2 things that could cause what you describe. It may be ring worm. Try using over the counter medication for ring worm. If that does not treat the lesion in 7-10 days, you may wish to see a doctor.
