Rash: Do you have any underlying condition? Autoimmune disease? DM? Could be eczema, psoriasis, reaction to medication or food or other product, sometimes with strep can get rash, can be fungal infection like ringworm ( scabies is usually itchy). Maybe: Three day measles is rubella and I have not seen a case...Ever...There is roseola which usually has 3 days of fever before the rash breaks out. Could be any number of viruses or a reaction to something...Glad she is acting normal. If you are concerned please see your pediatrician. Rashes really need to be seen because it is hard to tell from a brief description what they are. ...Read more

Based on D history: You've given, heat rash is the primary consideration. It could be from skin sensitivity to the sun or from blood vessels opening up with increased blood flow after sun exposure.
