Rash: Itchy red bumps could be anything- contact dermatitis , eczema, insect bites . Make sure it is not vesicular in nature (because you will need to see your doctor) and to take photos. See your doctor: It looks like you have 2 problems, stomach pain and skin rashes. You might have acid reflux / gastritis or peptic ulcer diseases. You can try otc antacid or acid reduction meds like zantac in the meantime but you need to be seen and evaluated to have it treated correctly. Probably viral rash: Rashes caused by allergies itch - so this one is not an allergy. Press on a spot for a second. The rash should fade away momentarily & then reappear.
