You may have fibromyalgia, or chronic fatigue syndrome. It is far from being "all in your head" it is a real condition affecting up to 5 million people in the United States according to the CDC. People with fibromyalgia experience extreme fatigue, widespread joint pain without inflammation, digestive problems such as IBS, and several other issues. While it is difficult to entertain a diagnosis such as fibromyalgia with only a presented medical case, I think this is likely your diagnosis. There are diagnostic criteria set forth by the American College of Rheumatology and I would personally encourage you to visit an academic medical center in the Bay Area that is convenient for you. How about applying clindamycin solution and betamathesone w/ gentamycn on my face? Is it effective for redness rashes on my face?
Might not work: The common redness rashes on the face are rosacea and eczema. Topical antibiotic alone works for rosacea but not the one with topical steroid. Eczema might just need topical steroid but Betamethasone is too strong for the thin skin in the face. Also, there are many other skin diseases that looks red too.
