Hot tub folliculitis:
Healthy skin is resistant to infection, but when swimming, friction of bathing suit and moisture allow bacteria to infect hair follicles and cause the rash. More common from soaking in a hot tub and the bacteria is usually pseudomonas. The rash usually clears without Rx if you keep the skin cool and dry.

Wish I had picture!: Dermatology questions are so hard without seeing the rash! Round rash with central clearing usually are from fungus commonly known as ringworm. Is anybody else have it? May be fungal like ringworm. You can try over the counter anti-fungal medications. Or may be eczema due to dry skin or food /environmental allergies or granuloma annulare which needs steroids, sometimes you can first layer the antifungal and then on top the steroid cream or get a cream that contains both by prescription f/u /w/doc
