Most hand dermatitis are from irritant (soap, detergent, machine oil, frequent washing, frequent hand sanitizer usage etc) Try some topical hydrocortisone cream for a few days and use only unscented soap. Top of right hand has red rash or stain look, no itching or swelling. Middle knuckles to upper wrist and none on palms.
Developed rash on the backs of my hands, starting at the middle knuckle and stopping just before the wrist. Rash is blotchy red, possibly mildly swollen. The backside of the palm looks like tiny red squiggly lines (raised blood vessels?) rash doesn't itch
