I've been having some red rashes accompanied by a greenish color on my leg for about a week, and I think it's spreading.
I have red rashes on my leg. I feel like it's increasing. But I am not sure if it's bed bugs or somethings else. I don't have rashes anywhere else.

Probably not: but you need to talk to your doctor about this issue. Warfarin rash tends to induce huge bruises and likely more generalized than confined to the legs. However it is possible that this may be from HCQ especially if it had been introduced within the past month or so. If problem persists, you may need to see a dermatologist. Leg itch: A natural question would be to ask if you came in contact with Poison Ivy or Poison Oak. In any event, if the rash is not spreading you can try Lotrisone (clotrimazole and betamethasone) creme which is over-the-counter. This should help to clear it up.
