How about applying clindamycin solution and betamathesone w/ gentamycn on my face? Is it effective for redness rashes on my face?
Might not work: The common redness rashes on the face are rosacea and eczema. Topical antibiotic alone works for rosacea but not the one with topical steroid. Eczema might just need topical steroid but Betamethasone is too strong for the thin skin in the face. Also, there are many other skin diseases that looks red too.
