Pain in calf: The desciption you give makes me think of a muscle or tendon problem. Could be a tendonitis-an irritation of the tendon from overuse, or a muscle strain/tear.

More information: Is needed! Ask question again with a picture if possible. What is your general health. Was there an injury?? "OVERUSE" is a common reason for calf pain and finally what is your occupation?? (BTW ppain MAY be coming from your ankle or knee!!
