Rash: It sounds like you may have been exposed to a toxin such as poison ivy or oak. Try not to sratch the area. Take an antihistamine to see if it will help. Use Aveeno (oatmeal) in your bath water and try a mild hydrocortisone cream. If this doesn't help see your doctor for an assessment and consideration for steroids taken by mouth.
