I have developed a red raised rash on my face near bottom sides of both nostrils & chin area. Any ideas. It feels like a "burn" sensitive but no itch.

Based on D history: You've given, heat rash is the primary consideration. It could be from skin sensitivity to the sun or from blood vessels opening up with increased blood flow after sun exposure. However, the rash you describe is likely from the heat and is either an irritant or a minor skin infection of the hair follicles.
