I have developed a red raised rash on my face near bottom sides of both nostrils & chin area. Any ideas. It feels like a "burn" sensitive but no itch.

Based on D history: You've given, heat rash is the primary consideration. It could be from skin sensitivity to the sun or from blood vessels opening up with increased blood flow after sun exposure.
