Basically you can't: I'm sorry. These are going to need to resolve on their own. A hydroquinone bleach may help the brown spots, but nothing will help with the red spots. You're an adult now and I'm sorry that you acne wasn't managed aggressively when you were younger. Take charge of its care until it remits on its own.
