It may be: Pimples, do you shave? It could be folliculitis, that's all that's coming to mind. Tender? Did it just pop up? Are they firm and hard? Are they raised? My guess if folliculitis from shaving. Keep the area clean with soap and water 2x per day and get seen if not clearing, i could be wrong. ...Read more

Ouch-it really hurts: External hemorrhoids are basically varicose-vein, and when thombosed (clotted) it sure can cause much pain in the _ _ _. This is easy excised in the office, if you r doc does it, which can relief your pain quickly. If not, topical steroid mixed with Lidocaine such as anapram can help quite a bit. Unsure: There are many different possibilities as to why you may have the bump. One possible explanation could be a clogged gland which is not harmful. Is there any possible exposure to STDs?
