Red Itchy Bumps On Bottom Of Foot
Eczema: This is dyshydrotic eczema, keep your feet dry, wear open shoes not sneakers, if need be only use cotton socks, a dermatologist can help you with prescription creams if they do not clear.
I have itchy red bumps on the bottom of my foot. They are extremely itchy and I've had them for about a week now. I've been putting calamine lotion?
What causes an itchy rash with little bumps on top of my feet and redness on lower legs? Also bumps are not itching anymore, now they are dry bumps.
Allergic reaction: Usually rashes on the top of your feet are casued by some type of allergic reaction or contact dermatits. With your lower legs involved I would rule out edema/swelling as an issue as well. Your socks or shoes could be creating the rash on your feet more so if they got wet while wearing them or if you have changed soaps or detergents. If the rash persists or returns get examined by a doctor.See 1 more doctor answer
See below: Could be bug bites, try a cortisone cream and see if this helps, if not see a podiatrist.
Hard to tell: It is very difficult to determine the cause of a rash without seeing it. The bumps could be from scabies, which is a mite obtained from contact with others who have this. Other causes would be an allergic reaction to something you've been exposed to such as plants outside, or soaps. It could also be a medication reaction. There are also many skin diseases that can cause bumps. I suggest being seen
I have lil itchy bumps on top of my right foot the itxh so bad I don't know wat they are they red I just need to know how to cure it never had them be?
Itchy toe bumps: May be eczema or fungus. Could try desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) or OTC antifungal like tinactin Could also be bacterial infection so try the bacitracin on top of tinactin For eczema use steroids. A great product is lotrisone a steroid and antifungal, but need prescription. F/u with doc urgent care.
Last week I broke out in red itchy bumps all over feet. Today more have appeared. They don't bleed or peel, what is this and what should I do?
Many answers: There can be many answers to your questions and no one can even guess what they are without a better history and examination. However you may try to take some antihistamine at up to 4x daily (a much higher dose than for hay fever). However if the rash gets worse or lasting for more than a couple of weeks, see your doctor.
Petechiae: I would go see a dermatologist. If you stand up a lot and this puts strain on small blood vessels causing them to leak into the skin and appear as small bumps on the legs. What lead me to believe this maybe the cause vs fungus is that when you stand this gets worse. Fungal infection is independent on duration of weight bearing.See 1 more doctor answer
My feet have lots red itchy bumps red raised with pus n sme cnt afford dr visit any suggestions been that way 3 yrs?
Infection: Sounds like infection. I would try antibiotics. From what you are describing, I doubt topical would help - you probably need antibiotic pills. So you need to see a doctor. There are probably clinics in your community that are free or accept payment on a sliding scale. Don't know until you ask.
I was recently bitten by an ant and about three to four days later, a line of red, itchy bumps developed on my foot. What could it be?
Infection: Could be an infection or an immune response to a toxin in the ant bite. Try Benedryl OTC. If not improved in a few days, see your PCP
One my foot I have this small patch of extremely itchy bumps that are white looking at first but then have turned red and bigger. Any idea what it is?
I woke up with huge red VERY itchy bumps on my feet. They are also hard, painful, blistered, clear liquid coming out and turned purple. Bug bites?
I would highly: Recommend a visit to a podiatrist or dermatologist. There are a few different things this could be….you may need samples of the fluid or biopsy of the lesion to ultimately figure it out. There is a blistery form of athletes foot that is possible, bug bite, autominnune reaction, herpes, and the list goes on.See 1 more doctor answer
I got a number of mosquito bites on my feet last night. Along with the red, itchy bumps, both my feet are swollen, and it hurts to curl my toes.?
Mosquito bites: Would try some benedryl as may have an allergic reaction form all the bites. May als oneed antibiotics for cellultis (infection) Also would follow up with doc and consider testing for West Nile and even Zika even though Zika has not yet been found that far north. F/u w/ doc
I have non-itchy bumps, flat raised, and with a brownish or red central area, on the back of my hands, forearms and top of feet and one two on the palms.
Small red raised itchy bumps on hands and feet for 2 weeks. Has about 20. No improvement with steroid cream. Dr has no idea what they are.
Possible infection: Do the bumps come and go? If so, then they may be hives that would respond more effectively to antihistamines like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or zyrtec. If they remain in place and develop any white or black heads, then a topical antibiotic like Bacitracin or prescription bactroban applied twice daily would help.
One foot has small red itchy bumps and scaly peeling skin. 2 different dermatologists diagnosed 2 different conditions. Still no relief. Help.
Dtr gets red itchy bumps on skin (esp. Feet) in weather warmer than 50 deg F. It is not a fungus or infection, only feels better with cold bath. Why?
Likely heat rash: Heat rashes are very common especially in moist places like the groin, arm pits, and feet. They can take many forms and can itch or not. Usually triggered by hotter temps that you describe but there are substantial individual differences in the level of heat and moisture required for triggering. If it is a huge problem for you, see a Dermatologist for suggested treatment.
Itchy rash on tops of feet and arms.... I'm thinking it's allergies but not sure. They are red bumps, some look a little blistery with a clear fluid?
Blisters: Your description is more of skin blisters more than mere skin allergy. I would see a dermatologist soon.
