You: You need to be seen immediately by your doctor or your urologist for those symptoms. Those could represent an infection or skin condition. Since they are limiting your flow of urine you must be seen immediately. If your doctor can't see you, or if you can't urinate, have fever, vomiting, or pain, then you will have to go to the er.

Here are some...: Without a direct look, it's hard to offer accurate Dx; but the described quiescence most likely support its harmlessness. So, just watch and see, and don't pick on it. More? Seek pro-evaluation and counseling preferably by urologist. Nonetheless, following instructions in http://formefirst. Com/eNewsletter06.html will help get the healthcare done correctly as needed. Vulvovaginitis: Sounds like you have a bad case vulvovaginitis, which is inflammation of the vagina and the surrounding areas. The best way to treat will be to get rid of the offending cause, which can only be done by seeing your doctor. The most likely cause might be a new detergent or change in underwear, otherwise I might consider east, in which case you can get an over-the-counter treatment with monistat.

Here are some...: Glad to hear your good response to Jack Itch cream. Since, such creams usually contain anti fungal agent with steroid and direct to suppress and rid skin fungal infection, which inflict warm and moist areas like external genitalia and groins - called tine cruris. For the rashes on penile opening and shaft, you may try the same cream and see if responding in 1 wk. If not, seek pro-evaluation.

Skin above urethra burned when peeing. Little redness, hurts to touch. Could it be from wiping, dryness (accutane), or tampon string? No STDs or UTI.

It is good idea to..: At least temporarily eliminate any imaginable and potentially irritating factors such as those you mentioned + gingerly apply 0.5% hydrocortisone skin cream for 3-5 day, and see. If not improving as usually expected in 3-5 days, seek timely evaluation & counseling so to deduce possible causes for what you have felt and for reasonable treatment/ care/ counseling.

I just noticed my urethra, on one side is swollen there's a little red dot and it's swelled up first time I have got this what could it be?

Tricky: Without an exam, I can only give general information, dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. And... a localized skin infection like a boil is quite common and not very significant (may go away on its own). Herpes in theory, but those are generally MULTIPLE shallow ulcers and first episde is usually severe. Local irritation can occur w/out infection.

Here are some...: The described information is not enough to draw a conclusion. To verify the diagnosis, now is the time to analyze info on the onset, degree, duration, evolution, & progress of the symptoms & signs as well as their potentially related discomforts over time, conduct physical examination with inspection and palpation, & order tests as needed so to deduce possible diagnosis for reasonable Rx.

Here are some. ..: What really causes urethral caruncle is still unclear, but we do know it results from mucosal laxing & protrusion of the posterior distal urethra in the elderly female resulting in a "mass" like a little cheery attaching to posterior aspect of urethral meatus. Its size widely varies and will slowly increase over time. Clinically, it's painless most of the times, but it may irritates and bleeds.
