Vaginal redness & burning around urethra, vestibule, labia minora for 4 daus now. What could this be and what OTC solution should I use?
Vulvovaginitis: Sounds like you have a bad case vulvovaginitis, which is inflammation of the vagina and the surrounding areas. The best way to treat will be to get rid of the offending cause, which can only be done by seeing your doctor. The most likely cause might be a new detergent or change in underwear, otherwise I might consider east, in which case you can get an over-the-counter treatment with monistat.See 1 more doctor answer

It is good idea to..: At least temporarily eliminate any imaginable and potentially irritating factors such as those you mentioned + gingerly apply 0.5% hydrocortisone skin cream for 3-5 day, and see. If not improving as usually expected in 3-5 days, seek timely evaluation & counseling so to deduce possible causes for what you have felt and for reasonable treatment/ care/ counseling.
Lots of stuff: See your doctor and give him/her a good history.
I just noticed my urethra, on one side is swollen there's a little red dot and it's swelled up first time I have got this what could it be?
Tricky: Without an exam, I can only give general information, dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. And... a localized skin infection like a boil is quite common and not very significant (may go away on its own). Herpes in theory, but those are generally MULTIPLE shallow ulcers and first episde is usually severe. Local irritation can occur w/out infection.See 1 more doctor answer

Its size widely varies and will slowly increase over time. Clinically, it's painless most of the times, but it may irritates and bleeds.
