You : Mean armpit? If this is a case you have hidrosadenitis which is an inflammation of sweat glands. Go please and see a doctor as you may need antibiotics or even open it up to drain if on can detect pus. Do not neglect this.

Hard to tell: It may be some idiopathic (unknown cause) pruritis (itchiness), however, I would get checked for diabetes and also I would get a complete blood count checked. Rash: It sounds like you may have been exposed to a toxin such as poison ivy or oak. Try not to sratch the area. Take an antihistamine to see if it will help. Use Aveeno (oatmeal) in your bath water and try a mild hydrocortisone cream. If this doesn't help see your doctor for an assessment and consideration for steroids taken by mouth.
