Swollen tongue: Sounds like an allergy of some sort. Prob food ? Has it happened before. ? Any trouble breathing or swallowing. Could become a med emergency. Consider trip to hospital. If it's on both sides, it could be an allergic reaction to something that got on your skin. Lymph adenopathy: Hello. Sounds like your immune system is responding to infection. You have lymph nodes behind the ear. Try using a triple antibiotic ointment on the "pimple." Take an anti-inflammatory medicine for pain. Use warm compress behind the ear.
