I am experiencing skin redness or irritation around my lips after I eat, laugh, even kiss. This redness, when I'm not eating etc, is a brown pigmented line which looks like a distorted lip liner. This started 6 years ago as a small brown dot.

See your doc: If you had has normal measles (rubeola) as a kid, you should be immune. You may have german measles (rubella). I wouldn't expect so if you were vaccinated as a child. Alternatively, if you are blistering on anything with a mucous membrane lips, cheeks, throat, eyes--you could be having a bad allergic reaction called stevens johnson syndrome.
