Could Be Anything: With out an exam, it is hard to say from your description. If they have always been there and not changed, then may be small hemangiomas (blood vessels). If you're worried: about an STD, the blotches on your palm may be a sign of syphilis. Regardless ,you should get tested for all STD's including HIV if you've had unprotected sex. Hard to tell: It would be very difficult to tell for sure what those spots are without seeing them, particularly in person. It could possibly be eczema, an allergic reaction to a soap, detergent, perfume, or jewelry, or even a fungal infection.
