My response: Psychiatric drugs do NOT cause Wilson's disease which is a problem with copper metabolism. This would be evaluated by blood testing including copper and ceruloplasmin. Molipaxin: (trazodone) side effects as dry mouth are common, but not serious, can go away with time. Dry mouth can be helped by increased water intake, your worry and anxiety may aggrevate it though. Thyroid enlargement or a goiter usually signals sometimes serious problems. Many of the other symptoms were suggestive of an infectious process that may yet require antibiotics.
